Meals are a biological function, they shouldn’t be an elaborate deal in order to be healthy and nutritious, nor should they be expensive. Too often our Diet problems stem from an unhealthy attitude toward one of the most important things you can do for your health and body. PROPER diet (eating the right food, not just starving yourself which is not diet but is just bizarre) is more important than exercise and adequate rest (although we should be doing all three). The time to get fit is now, not AFTER we need to be fit. Believe me you will be so much happier if you start today, right now! Come on, let’s do this, you will go to bed tonight feeling positive, in control and optimistic. You have NOTHING to lose and so much to gain. Eating is a bodily function, it can be enjoyable but there are so many other sources of joy in the world that we are supposed to be enjoying.
